All you need to do is view this thread, and comment if you feel the necessity to do so. I am trying to get as many views and comments on this thread to maybe catch the Dayz Staff's attention to get this problem resolved.

I understand why you guys are filing your complaints. I really do. However, I just read that entire thread the whole way through and it's obvious at this point in time that the Str8dumpin guy is just an idiot, plain and simple.

From what I understand, there are PLENTY of other servers to play the mod on, so if I were involved, I'd just move on at this point in time. Internet arguments like this rarely end with the result you want. I know you just want the dude to provide proof and/or apologize, but it obviously isn't going to happen. Frankly, you're better off using your time enjoying the game instead of posting in there any further.

Remember the saying "never argue with an idiot, because they'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience." Anarchic has always had pretty straight-shooting guys and I know the DayZ crowd is no different. You guys are far too good of people to waste time with this guy.

Just accept this incident for what it is, an encounter with one of the millions of dumb people on this planet. Life will go on.

I for one dont care the gear we lost. Its part of the game, and its what makes the game fun. But whats not fun is being banned from a server just because you messed with a 10 year old's toy box. For me its all principle and morals. The admin of that server needs to be put in his place. He stepped way out of line and I want an apology.

I feel the same way tigger ^ but, I mostly just want to be in a situation within the game where we can venture out 20 minutes and pretty much expect contact, just how i'm wired. 913 was the place...

But for now, I will continue to post my opinions on the DayZ forums, but will boast more about it here with you guys. Lets just set up a new base, in our OWN server?

Again, these facts just prove the immaturity of the group of people you're dealing with here. In the end, if they're paying for the server, they do have the ability to do what they want. They won't make any friends that way, and it might be childish and/or unethical, but they can still do what they want if they're footing the cost. Yeah, it sucks, but that's the way it is.

You have no idea how many people I used to kick/ban from our CoD servers for cursing because they never understood why we prohibited cursing when the in-game characters blatantly use foul language themselves. Every time though, I'd have to tell them the same thing: our server, our rules. The issue wasn't up for discussion. If they didn't like it, they were free to play somewhere else. Whomever pays the bill sets the rules.

Actually they aren't supposed to do what they want. There is a list of rules and server guidelines that are supposed to be followed. They threaten to blacklist your server is you don't comply with their regulations. That is why there is a discussion there in the first place.
But I've said all along, not worth sticking around.

Relocate. Nothing in this game is permanent. Especially when its billed as a alpha. Servers are wiped. Servers reset. Servers come and go. Its a fluid situation. Roll with it until we can get a server of our own.

Dont waste time going after these guys about their server..just move on. Then for fun go back and lay waste to their camp one day.

Make sure you leave a map with a fun lil message on it.
