Turner Classic Movies channel is running Frank Capra's (It's a Wonderful Life.) war time propaganda film series "Why We Fight".

These are a great time machine to get a sense of the efforts the US Government made to get US citizens and soldiers to support what until recently was the unpopular idea of fighting in Europe.

Also, to convince them what great allies the Soviet Union was, and to support the billions of dollars in aid the US gave them.

DERP ....im tired, didnt get much sleep for the past 2 nights my daughter is really sick and ive been up both nights with her...took her to the doctor and thank god its just a simple head cold but it feels like something more, hopefully it goes away soon
