I love steam. My first experience with it came when I bought the Orange Box (best gaming value ever imo), and I have loved it ever since. No problems. More convenience (community, automatic patches, download MY games anywhere, download new games...ect.). Steam is imo so far the ideal usage tool for legitimate gamers. What problems have you all had with it to cause all the hate? anyway...I'm up for any ax involvment with steam and any valve games. id = axdirkadirka

I don't have STEAM. But I was just surfing around on my lunch break and found out that you can play Team Fortress 2 for free this weekend (August 22-24) on STEAM. I honestly never played Team Fortress 2 or the first one, so I am not sure if it is a good game or not. But I figured to let the community members who have an account and are interested to know.

Yea, team fortress 2 is an addicting game once you get goin, i played for 12 hours the first day i got it.

TF2 is meh...the story and the "wow" moments in the HL2 series as well as in Portal (incredible game) make for so, so much better games.
