call of duty in anarchix x for steam

I recently got a new pc and couldnt download from where i purchased. Im thinking of buying my copy from steam and playing on that platform. any issues with using steam on the ax server?

I got my copy from steam and seems fine. I can't find my files though to run the danzig file

I would suggest to just by a full version outside of Steam, cuz I think Steam sucks. I personally prefer having a full copy of the games and not rely on third party vendors. Of course, this is just my two cents.

I have two copies :-), could not find them at time of install. I found copy disk, so may just redo from it. I suck so bad, thought changing config might help some q

I have both but i play through steam, for some reason Cod2 does not like my quad core and steam was the only way to get it loaded.

I have no problems playing through steam or finding my mod folder.

Chuckie ? You think you suck ? not true my friend.

I also found that i'm better off playing stock settings instead of the mod.

CT found it :-), I have danzig now, but think you may be right, not liking it to much yet.
